Services to Industry
There are few institutions that can offer access to such a diverse range of human and capital resources as are available at Curtin. Specialist groups within the University are able to draw on other expertise to provide a complete service.
Through CMR, industry has cost-effective access to specialist equipment and expertise to meet its research and technical/testing needs, as well as access to a wide range of University resources and knowledge transfer capability.
The Centre has a proven track record of providing high standards of service in –
• Testing and analysis – access to specialist laboratory expertise and equipment.
• Applied research/consulting –
subcontracting elements of large research projects or undertaking smaller
projects that require specialist knowledge and/or equipment.
• Training – working with companies
to identify and provide training needs, from introductory and refresher
courses to advanced training provided by leading experts.
